Assistant PR Manager

Purpose of role:

Assists to PR Manager to keep communications of the company and channels /content at the higher standard and aligned with communications targets. Working closely with PR Manager and Marketing team this person will help building general awareness of the brands and our content to our audiences.

 

 Responsibilities:

  • Helping to execute the PR strategy of the company together with the PR Manager
  • Writing/translating press releases
  • Preparing and distributing monthly highlights for the channels
  • Looking for the information base for enriching the content of press releases
  • Looking for the best promotional opportunities linked to the channels content (ie. Take advantages of awards such as Golden Globes, Emmys, etc; or global events)
  • Dealing with the requests from viewers (complains, questions, etc.)
  • Preparing PR reports
  • Participating in the development of local events
  • Ad hoc requests from the PR Manager and Marketing Director


Person Profile:
We’re looking for candidates with entertainment brands background (broadcast, cinema), lifestyle brands or journalism who are used to working in a fast moving environment that requires agility, multitasking and intense focus.

  • Ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision
  • Great writer and storyteller
  • Accurate, must have attention to detail and ability to deliver to deadline
  • Enjoys a dynamic and fast paced environment that demands adaptability and innovation in order to be successful
  • Highly developed communication skills with the ability to build credibility quickly with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Works in a collaborative manner with a high level of flexibility
  • Strong understanding of the consumer and media landscape in Poland is beneficial
  • Very good English and Polish
  • Marketing or Communication degree (or equivalent)
